Local rate = You live locally and will be staying at your own home or getting your own accommodations at a local hotel.
All-inclusive shared room rate = You will be staying at the retreat house and sharing a room.
All-inclusive private room rate = You will have your own private king room with bathroom. You are welcome to stay in this room with 1-3 people and split the cost amongst yourselves.
